Our Chairman Emeritus, Mr. S.C. Karnavat is a renowned academician, businessman and philanthropist. Mr. Sumatilal Karnavat has been a renowned Commerce Professor and authored over twenty-five books in the field of commerce. Mr. S.C Karnavat is the founder and pioneer of the Karnavat Classes, an institution that has provided high quality education to students in the Commerce field for the last four decades. Karnavat classes has taught over 5,00,000 students and Mr. Karnavat himself has mentored many in their successful careers.

A disciplined businessman, Mr. S.C Karnavat diversified his experience and expertise in the education and real estate sector. From the beginning, Mr. Karnavat has lead the group’s CSR initiatives and embedded the importance of philanthropy especially in the fields of education and religion. He has held top brass positions in several national social institutions like Jain Community including JITO (Jain International Trade Organization) and BJM (Bharat Jain Mandal) to name a few.

A civil engineer by education, Mr. Sandeep Karnavat is an industrious entrepreneur known for his award winning residential and commercial projects and acquisition of turn-key land parcels. A visionary Managing Director, Mr. Karnavat has charted the firm’s development to capture a niche market of premium residential and commercial

complexes. Mr. Karnavat has also led the group’s strategic large land acquisitions in the Mumbai Metropolitan & Pune Region. Mr. Karnavat’s organizational and planning skills have allowed him to oversee various large-scale events like Thane’s first, Upvan Arts Festival 2014 and developing ‘Vision 2030’ with MCHI and TMC (Thane Municipal Corporation).

Mr. Siddharth Karnavat overlooks the groups finance, banking investments, marketing and sales verticals. Having worked in Real Estate Private Equity in New York, Siddharth brings global exposure of banking investments to our team. He has been responsible for acquisitions of total capitalization worth $300 Million USD spread across the US.

Siddharth has completed his Masters from Columbia University, New York and is actively involved in the entrepreneurship and real estate forums.

Mr. Sagar Karnavat overlooks the group’s design, operations and legal verticals. Sagar has worked for renowned Architecture firms on master planning strategies for projects in New York and Rome. He brings in fresh perspectives and global consultants on board to our projects.

Sagar has completed his Bachelors in Architecture from Cornell University, New York and has been actively involved in various affiliate start-ups and research.
